Bad days are funny old things. They can sneak up on us unexpectedly or build up from an unfortunate chain of events. Maybe you forgot your train card, meaning you were late for work; scratched the side of the car; or received some bad news which altered the whole course of your day.
While you can’t control everything in life, you can control how you react to unfortunate events.
