Christmas is less than a week away! If you’re anything like me, you’ll be busy right until the last minute and then have to rush to find a festive recipe to make for the family gathering.
I’ve taken some of the stress out the situation and found five delicious dishes, which will keep the fussiest of foodie crowds content this Christmas. Enjoy!

Sweet and spicy beer chicken – sure to receive the tick of approval from beer lovers, it’s surprising simple to prepare and makes a great main for Christmas Day lunch.

Brandy maple ice cream panettone – the Italian Christmas cake gets a makeover with the addition of boozy ice cream goodness. Win, win!
Strawberry, beetroot and cacao slice – this sweet treat is almost too pretty to eat with it’s layers of millennial pink goodness.
